2014 Snowmass Wine Festival Takes Flight September 12 – 13, 2014 in Snowmass Village
Experience incredible food, flavors, sights, sounds and prizes at the Snowmass Wine Festival, sponsored by Rotary Club of Snowmass Village.
The weekend begins on Friday evening, September 12 at 6:30pm with an incredible, four-course wine dinner at the Viceroy Snowmass in Snowmass Village. The menu features a Mediterranean Celebration:
First Course – Spain
Chorizo and White Bean Salad
Second Course – France
Sole Bouillabaisse, Mussels, Calamari, Baguette, Rouille
Third Course – Greece
Slow Cooked Lamb in Yogurt, Lamb Sausage, Labneh, Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Eggplant With Roasted Potatoes
Dessert – Italy
Nocciole Chocolate Panna Cotta
Tickets are on sale now, $145 for a single ticket, $1,000 Table of 8, $1200 Table of 10.
Saturday, September 13, the Grand Tasting will be located at Town Park (soccer field) next to Snowmass Recreation Center, Snowmass Village. Sample wines, local flavors, listen to the sounds of Walt Smith & Friends, take part in the silent auction offering trips to destinations around the world, acclaimed wines and fine artwork, and check out Ferrari Club of America, Rocky Mountain Division’s 2014 Fall Foliage Tour.
Tickets are on sale now, $85 for the early birds, $95 the day of the event.
Funds raised are allocated to non-profit organizations across the Roaring Fork Valley, and charitable organizations worldwide.
